Mit einer 5:4 Mehrheit hebelte der konservative Fluegel des Suprime Courts heute zwei wichtige Regulierungen zur Finanzierung von politischen Parteien und Kandidaten aus. Ab sofort koennen Unternehmen z.B. Kongress-Kandidaten mit Mitteln in unbegrenzter Hoehe finanzieren. Dies hat weitreichende Konsequenzen fuer den politischen Prozess in den USA.
